Eazzy Basket Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Eazzy Basket. We strive to provide you with the best quality groceries and timely delivery. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
Product delivered is damaged, expired, or defective.
You received an incorrect or missing item.
The product is spoiled, leaking, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the request must be made within 24 hours of delivery and the product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons:
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Frozen and chilled items
Dairy products
Meat, poultry, and seafood
Bakery and perishable goods
Products marked as 'Non-Returnable'
To initiate a return:
1. Open the Eazzy Basket app and go to My Orders.
2. Select the item and click Request Return.
3. Upload a photo of the product showing the issue.
4. Our support team will review within 2448 hours.
If approved, the product will be picked up and a replacement or refund will be processed as per your preference.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be initiated through the original mode of payment within 57 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be issued to your Eazzy Basket Wallet or bank account as per your request.
You can cancel an order before it is packed or dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return (if eligible). Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 57 business days.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or expired, contact us through the Help & Support section in the app or email support@eazzybasket.co.in within 24 hours of delivery.

Eazzy Basket reserves the right to deny return or refund requests that do not meet policy terms, modify this policy without notice, or substitute/discontinue products due to stock availability.
